We're urgently looking for a female professional to replace me in this excellent double ensuite room in this clean and friendly 3 bedrooms garden flat, as I am leaving very soon.

The room has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You can bring your own furniture and store the existing pieces in the spacious basement.

The window overlooks part of the garden, as it does the ensuite shower room. The shower is a power shower and works well.

There's also a living room, a kitchen with good cupboard and fridge space, and a small garden.

You'll be sharing with two other friendly female professionals. The flat is clean, tidy and quiet, located in a safe, leafy neighbourhood five minutes away from tube and buses, the high street and a lovely park. You'd also be 15-20 minutes away from the West End, Camden, Highbury, Moorgate and King's Cross.

This is a great room quite cheap as London prices go and for the nice living you can get.
