We are two females looking for a new housemate (preferably female but open to males) to join us in our cosy flat in East Finchley. We are 27 and 31. We both lead our own lives, but enjoy dinners and wine together occasionally. We have both lived here >1 year and our housemate is sadly moving on, so we are looking for someone new to join us.

Rent & Bills Costs:
- £638 rent
- Approx £120ish in bills AND fortnightly cleaner (inc. water, internet, heating, internet)
(Total around £760pcm)
- Rent is due on 17th of each month
- A parking permit can be purchased for £182.25 (£15 per month)

About the room:
- Space for double bed (the flat is technically unfurnished, so you will need to supply your own bed)
- Entire top floor to yourself

About the flat:
- 3 bedrooms split over 3 levels
- 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite, 1 shared)
- Cleaner every fortnight

- All furnished (by us & previous tenants) except bedroom furniture
- Quiet area with private car park (our space is currently used by one of us unfortunately. However there is the possibility to purchase a permit for £185 for the year)
