Sadly leaving my big and sunny double bedroom in a lovely friendly house in East Finchley and looking for someone to replace me!

-built in wardrobe and an extra wardrobe for plenty of storage!

-4 rooms
-2 bathrooms
-1 extra toilet
-large kitchen
-living room with big tv
-huge garden
-private car park

The housemates:
-Constanza, Eleonora, Jesus and Tom, all very friendly professionals who enjoy a chat and the occasional dinner together but also respect each other’s space.

The location:
-leafy and safe neighbourhood
-3-5min walk to East Finchley station (15 minutes to central London with the Northern line)
-3min walk to the high road (Sainsbury’s, Iceland, Budgens, restaurants and pubs)
-25min walk to Hampstead Heath
-20min walk to Muswell Hill

Rent and bills:
-£625 rent per month
-approx £60/75 bills per month (includes internet, water, heating etc and also shared items like kitchen rolls, cling film, cleaning supplies etc)

We are still allowed to organise viewings despite the new restrictions, as long as you wear a mask, we will too :)
