Sunny Single Room in East Finchley

STILL AVAILABLE PLEASE READ THIS AND MESSAGE ME FOR A VIEW. We are looking for a new flatmate with immediate move!
A super sunny double room available in a shared 3 bedroom house with only girls as of 3rd of February. The room has a lovely wooden style ceiling, 2 windows with window seating, a very girly and romantic atmosphere. Hence the street view the room itself is pretty soundproof.
The location is safe and quiet area, East Finchley, North London on Northern line. Lots of coffee shops, post office, restaurants, gym and convenience stores.

Rent is £420 plus around £40 for elect. + gas and £40 for council tax but not till April. Water bill is £70/person twice a year. Internet is £10.
An average month will be £500.

There are no furnitures right now but I have a brand new single mattress and a sofa bed and shelves, if you need :)

No garden but we can hang out just outside the front private area when the weather is good.

You will need to prove work and you will need to sign the contract for a 12 months min. term with the deposit being added to the Deposit Scheme. The landlady is lovely, she doesn't live here.

About us: we are 2 Hungarian professionals who like to chat when running into each other in the kitchen. We like to share a few glasses of wine in the evenings sometimes but not mandatory :) There is not much cooking in the house so knock yourself out.
The person would be ideally single but occasionally can bring company honestly.
No furry pets, sorry :(

We can be a little bit flexible with moving in time but the room is ASAP.
