Lovely Bedroom in a Bright & Friendly Flat

Hello, my partner Ben and I (Julia) are looking for someone to join us in our lovely flat!

We live in a 2-bed flat with a living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and an ample storage. We also share a big and quiet communal garden. The flat is only 10 mins away from East Finchley tube station (Northern Line) and local amenities, and 2-3 mins away from local bus stops.

The bedroom is furnished, has a big window facing the garden, and thus is very quiet.

The kitchen and the bathroom have been recently refurbished, and are still in an excellent condition. The living room, the bedroom and the hall are to be painted at the beginning of September 2022. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the flat.

My partner and I are very friendly and sociable. We both studied neuroscience at KCL and currently continue onto MSc at UCL (Ben) and work at KCL (Julia). Besides science we are enjoy cooking, hiking, playing boardgames, and spending quality time with people.

We think of the flat as our home, and thus keep it cozy and tidy. We are looking for someone who understands the need for tidiness and is respectful.

The place will be ideal for a student or a young professional.
