Two bedroom flat to share in a spacious, bright, first floor flat, 7 minutes walk from either East Finchley or Highgate tube stations. The flat has access to off road parking and a large communal garden in the rear of the property where there is also a garage available which can be used for storage.

The price quoted includes all energy bills as well as all other utilities such as broadband, tv license and water bill. The rental price is inclusive of a cleaner coming twice a month and council tax.

There are a number of good pubs and shops in close proximity with East Finchley, Highgate Village and Muswell Hill within walking distance. The flat block is very secure and well maintained with easy access to the North Circular.

The room is available immediately. Preferably nonsmokers please and sadly no pets are allowed in the building. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. All bedroom furniture can be replaced with sharers own items if preferable.

The ideal person would be easy going, friendly, sociable, happy to socialize, respectful and ensures basics are taken care of e. g. cleaning and keeping tidy.
