About the current housemate:
You will have the pleasure of living with a fab guy; Dean, who is gay male who works as a high end Florist. It's important that the new housemates treat the house as a home as opposed to just renting a room. The house is a happy home and Dean has a great sense of humour. He is looking for people that have their own separate lives but would welcome someone who would like to hang out from time to time i. e. joining him at the local and entertaining on the odd occasion.

Professional people for the house would be the right fit. People who are clean and tidy and who are happy watching a bit of TV with a glass of vino!

*as 2 rooms are available, they could potentially suit 2 friends looking.

*the house is rented through an agency and rent split, so this is not a live in landlord situation :-)
