Would you like to live 10 mins from Camden, 15 mins from West End, Shoreditch or Upper St, but can't be doing with the crowds, the pollution or the crime?

Our flat is newly redecorated, fully furnished flat in East Finchley. It's located on a quiet cul-de-sac, 7 mins from East Finchley tube. Within a 20 min walk is fantastic Hampstead Heath and Highgate wood, as well as all the great pubs/restaurants of the area. Fresh air and problem free living, yet great for getting to work or going out at night in town (once tubes are shut, the area is well served by night bus).

The room is a small double but comes fully furnished with large wardrobe, desk and double bed. Extremely quiet, bright and airy.

You would be sharing with 3 other lads (2 Brtis and an Aussie), all young professionals and who get on great.

There is a separate lounge, which has a brand new carpet, Television, and leather sofas. The kitchen is brand new and finished in a modern style. It is a very good size, and comes with all mod cons- modern washing machine, fridge and chest freezer. It is separate from the lounge. The bathroom is also brand new, and fully tiled. There is also a storage room in the hallway for extra space.

Would be ideal for an intelligent, talkative, sociable person interested in gigs, clubbing, arts, books or comedy. Easygoing atmosphere- would suit a cool but respectful person who is not a rent dodger.
