2x Double Rooms in East Finchley

Hi there,

My two great flatmates are moving out. One is off to continue her psychology training outside of London and the other, to a different part of London.

There are 2x double rooms (on the smaller side) available in three bedroom flat. Big windows, natural light and a spacious living room.

I am open to someone who wants to rent both rooms (one as a study or something else)

Gas hob and new boiler, good water pressure. Bins just at the entrance to the building, nice as you don't have to go outside. Standard bolt in bike racks outside. New washer/dryer combo. Big fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space too.

East Finchley is a lovely area with London's oldest cinema. It has a nice high street with a bookshop, record shop and cafes, good yoga studio and pure gym. There's also a great dentist.

We're a 10-15 min run away from Hamstead Heath!

The flat is a 10-minute walk from the Northern Line (24 hours on Friday and Saturday).

The road the flat is on is quiet but with plenty of amenities (two off-licenses, dry cleaners, vet, hair salon and barber, organic food shop, cafe and a spectacular bakery called Margot and a new co-op supermarket down the road).

We have a huge tv and SKY internet and broadband.

About me

I work in technology. Love the visual arts and music. I'm also into the outdoors and have been fortunate enough to have travelled to some of the earth's wild places.

My only major request is that you have standardish working hours and are not coming in and out of the flat, operating within it at really early or really late times of day on a regular basis. It's a wee place. :)

This place would suit someone who enjoys a more relaxed version of London life and who likes to keep a clean space.
