Very sad to be leaving this gorgeous double-bed, 2-minute walk from East Finchley station.

The Room: Cosy, bright. Comes fully furnished; with 4 chest of drawers, big wardrobe and bed (with storage underneath). You will be sharing the main bathroom with only one other person.

The Flat: The heart of the flat is the large lounge area. Is soooo homely, with big sofa, breakfast and coffee table, and loads of plants 🌿 Perfect for a lazy day. The kitchen is small, super bright, clean and comes fully equipped with more than enough pans and pots

*We also have a communal garden that we get to use whenever! *

About the girls: You will be living with two professional girls; Nikole is a teacher and Kathryn is a nurse. Both lovely and chilled girls who are happy to hang out but are also respectful of each other's space. Nikole has a lovely cat that lives here, so their ideal flatmate will be pet friendly and won't mind her running around the flat. 🐈

About you: Ideally a girl to complete our girl band-professional, fun, someone who is clean, tidy, helps with the weekly cleaning chores. Respectful of others and the flat. Cat friendly, sociable, who enjoys a glass of wine in the evening.

This area is super safe and clean. We have a great high street with everything that you need and 3 main supermarkets! We have Muswell Hill 10 mins on bus or 15 min walk. Camden 10 mins on the tube and Highgate Village just 10 min walk. Hampstead Heath is up the Bishops Avenue (20 min walk).

Bills (internet, water, gas, electricity, council tax) are not included and come round to £130 per month give or take. Rent is as per above + 1 month deposit. There are no agency fees as we have a private landlord who is always a phone call away and super friendly
