Short Term Sublet Double Room (All Bills Included)

My big, light and airy double room is available for a 4 week period between 22nd Feb till 22nd March . This is perfect for someone who's in London for a short time or someone moving to London soon who'd like to investigate the areas a bit before committing to a long-term house contract :)

You'll be living in a 3-bed flat with two very lovely and friendly girls (both young professionals).
Big, bright double bedroom (seriously, it gets really good light).
Fitted with brand new furniture recently (the video is a bit old, the room now has a brand new giant chest of drawers and new chair/desk set).

All bills, council tax, high-speed broadband, etc. included! We also have loads of free parking available just outside our front door and a locked indoor shed. Please message over Spareroom, rather than call/text.

*HOUSE*
The house is very big, bright and spacious for a 3-bed flat. We have wonderful light and also a balcony which opens into our lounge.

The kitchen has all the things a kitchen should have, we also have a slowcooker, coffee machine, baking equipment, etc. that you are welcome to use! You can also use the plates, utensils, pots and pans - you'll also be given your own cupboards in the kitchen so you're welcome to bring your own if you wish! Basically, we're pretty easy going and happy to be flexible.

There is a shared toilet (with wash basin) and separate shared bathroom (bath with shower). The video is old, the bathroom has since been refurbished (see pics!)

The living room is very big with a giant cosy L-shaped sofa (it's very hard to not accidentally fall asleep here...) and a big television with AppleTV which you're welcome to use.
