We have a single bedroom (£190) and a large master room (£225) available to rent. Both are newly decorated bedrooms in spacious house. You have a new bed, wardrobe with two large drawers, a bureau with 4 draws, and a bedside lamp. The house is large and roomy with a modern open plan living area, kitchen, breakfast bar and large garden. We are looking for a single professionals that would like to live in a beautifully kept home in the East Finchley area, within easy walking to the tube.

The three of us are busy professionals with a varied who enjoy having a friendly chat some evenings over a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We have busy lives but are usually around for a chat at some stage each evening or over the weekend.

We have a cleaner in once a week however we would expect you to keep the kitchen and bathrooms tidy and clean after use.

We are happy to provide essentials like bedding, towels, washing gel, shampoo, coffee, tea, milk, salt, pepper and oils etc.
