Lovely spacious double bedroom in Greenwich

Hi there :)

I am a young professional living in a 2 bedroom flat in East Greenwich, 5 minutes walk from Westcombe Park station and a short bus ride from North Greenwich station.
Greenwich ParK and Cutty Sark area (where Greenwich market is) is about 20 minutes walk. Charlton retail park is 10 minutes walk and Ikea North Greenwich is only 5 minutes walking distance!!

My lovely flatmate is moving out of the flat so I need a new ally :) The flat is a 1st floor with a separate kitchen and a huge living room with plenty of light!!

We will share bathroom, living room and kitchen, everything recently refurbished. Most of the appliances are also brand new.

The available room is full of light and very spacious. There is a big wardrobe in the room, bed frame and mattress. There is a big fridge freezer in the house that we will share between the two of us. The bathroom is spacious enough and it has a nice bathtub. The living room is one of my favorite parts in the house, it is huge!! There is a dinning table that fits up to 6 people, 8 if we squeeze a bit haha and 2 sofas, one chimney, and a couple of bookshelf.

The room will be available from the 6th of May 2021 (we can be flexible). The rent is £675 a month plus bills (internet, gas, water and electric, in total it will be around £100 more or less depending on the season).
Deposit is £779

Enough about the house... :) now something about me.
I work in social care (contract manager in two homeless projects). I normally work Monday to Friday (office hours) and sometimes I stay home (remote working). I love yoga, meditation, Netflix and having a relaxed time at home but also catching up with flatmates and enjoy the company.
If you are an easy going, happy and clean person, this is your new home!

Honestly, the flat looks much better in reality so it is worth it to arrange a viewing (any evening or over the weekends just email, call me or text me to arrange it).
