Hello!

I am looking for a flatmate to share this lovely 2-bed/2-bath flat with me (current tenant) and my cat Mischa :)

*The room*

This is a spacious, fully-furnished double bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows. The room gets lots of natural light and has partial river views. You will have exclusive access to your own bathroom (also pictured).

*The flat*

The flat is practically new, very well-designed, spacious and features laminated flooring throughout (bedroom is carpeted, though). There is lots of built-in storage space, including a massive shoe rack, and a washer-dryer. There is a well-equipped kitchen (again, with lots of storage space), a dish washer and dining/living room area with a large balcony also with partial river views. The flat is extremely well thermally insulated and features underfloor heating.

The flat is located on the 7th floor (with a lift) and is part of the Enderby Wharf development. The development also features secure bike storage, community gardens, a 2-storey gym and 24h concierge service for residents. **I don't have a parking space but other residents tend to rent theirs out from time to time so that's an option but cannot be guaranteed.

*The local area*

The development is located in a safe area immediately adjacent to the Thames path with walking and cycling routes. There is a 15min walk/5min bus ride to North Greenwich station (Jubilee line/Emirates Air Line) and 10min walk to Maze Hill train station with direct trains to London Bridge (11min journey time).

We are located just walking distance from Greenwich centre where you will find the lovely Greenwich Park, the Royal Naval College, the Maritime Museum, Greenwich market, plenty of local pubs, restaurants, cafés and independent shops. And a new pub with river views has just opened in front our development!

*The boring but important stuff*

- Rent: £780 pcm
- Bills: £120 pcm (inclusive of water, electricity, heat, internet and council tax)
- Deposit: £862.50 (and protected)
- References: yes (property is managed by L&Q who will require proof of employment, payslips, etc.)
- As mentioned above, there is a maximum annual income to be eligible which cannot exceed £55,000 (not set by me)
- Tenancy start date: 1 July 2021

*New flatmate*

I am looking for a professional male or female who will treat the flat as their home and genuinely likes cats (or at least is not bothered by them!). I am also looking for someone who is friendly and likes to socialise but is also considerate and respectful of others' space. Being eco friendly and making a responsible use of water and energy is important to me.

*Current flatmate*

I am a 34-year old policy advisor for the Home Office. I'm originally from Barcelona and have been living in London for the past 10 years. I consider myself to be very friendly and cheerful. I really enjoy cycling and cooking. As mentioned above, a cat lives here but is not looking to share the flat with other pets for now!
