Clean, bright, small room in Victorian terraced house, with friendly mixed group of housemates (Indian, Polish). The room contains a single bed and a large shelving unit adequate for clothing and some books, but little else. There is, however, storage space elsewhere in the house if needed.

Large shared double living/dining-room, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, 5-ring gas hob cooker with electric oven, 2 large fridges, separate freezer), laundry room, first floor bathroom plus extra toilet. Bathroom is shared with 3 others as top floor has its own ensuite.

Pleasant back garden with flower beds, patio with table & chairs and built-in barbecue.

Rent includes all utilities, council tax, broadband and weekly cleaning of common areas.
