I have a Ensuite Furnished room to let in East Ham. All bills are included such as gas, electricity, council tax, internet etc.

The Double room comes fully furnished and anymore furniture required will be provided if available, because i have a lot of other houses and rooms, furniture is readily available.

They is also a very spacious hallway leading to the bathroom, that can be used for storage or any other use.

They is a designated kitchen space and cupboards available just for the new tenant moving in, and cupboard space is not shared with anyone else.

Furthermore a personal fridge freezer is provided and again is not shared with any other tenants and is solely yours.

Fibre Internet is installed at the property.

The house is a 5 min walk from East Ham and 15mins from Manor Park Station and 5 min walk from the nearest bus stations which take you to stratford, Upton Park, Barking.
