I have a lovely large double room available at £750 per month with a deposit of £750. This room is available from immediately. The current flatmates have both been there for at least 2 years so it is a place with great stability and consistency. It is 3 minutes walk from east India DLR and is only 20 minutes walk to Canary Wharf providing great transport links to the city and the financial hubs of London. I have refurbished the bathroom with a power shower that wakes you up for the day ahead. The flat also has a 24hr concierge close by which is ideal if you have a delivery and can’t be there. All bills are included and the flat has fantastic views over a nature reserve and is a very quiet development with a wonderful Mediterranean feel and well preserved flower beds and grass verges making it feel very peaceful. The river is less than a minute away and it’s lovely to take a coffee or a glass of wine down there and watch the ships meander along the Thames which is great for unwinding after a days work. There is also a supermarket which is very well stocked and has a subway within it perfect for a morning coffee and a croissant right next to East India Dlr which is 3 minutes walk away down a very well lit street. There is excellent storage and wardrobe space and a cleaner will come every 2 weeks (subject to COVID restrictions).
