Double room available in a 2 bed 2 bath flat in East India, Oxbow Village.

I am a live-in landlord looking for a tenant who is available to move-in immediately. The room is bright and spacious and comes with a double bed, cupboards and exclusive use of the bathroom.

There is also a shared living room, patio and kitchen (open plan) which are all fully furnished. The flat is a new build (1 yr old) so appliances are modern and the flat is equipped with central heating. dish drainer, oven, washing machine and dryer. There is also a shared reception (able to collect parcels, etc) and a free gym. I also have a cleaner who comes in fortnightly.

Rent is £1000 pcm (all bills and council tax included). A bit about myself: I'm a consultant working in the city who's very easy going. I do enjoy nights out in the pub, or at home chilling, cooking and watching some telly. Looking for a like-minded individual who is neat and tidy and will treat the place like their own home.

East India DLR (5-10min walk)
Canning Town Station (Jubilee Line, DLR, 15min walk)
Canary Wharf (30 min walk)

Note: Happy to take tenants with short term contracts (1m+). Given I'm usually away/ busy weekends, prefer viewings to be weekdays only but do let me know if you can only do weekends and I'll try to make it work.
