Large Double Room - East London

I have a large double room available for rent (£835 pcm excl. bills), it’s a property rental managed by a property management company on behalf of a private landlord, the rent will be paid directly to them each month. Bills will be managed separately – between both tenants (you & I).

The flat has two bathrooms, the smaller one in the hall is for my use but the room comes with a spacious ensuite, which is for your sole use, the room also has a built in wardrobe. The flat has a good-sized kitchen/living area, see pictures.

The flat sits on a private development and has on-site gym, pretty basic but available to use for all tenants, but it comes at an extra cost (I think I paid a one off fee of about £35 when moved in a few years back, so you can enquire, if this is of interest). There is also a 24 hour concierge & lounge, if you’re someone like me who is currently WFH, there is a place for you to work where you can focus.

The room is available from 20th February 2021, but there is potential to bring this forward, depending on individuals circumstances. Happy to discuss further with the suitable tenant.
