I'm looking for a tidy, mature, and respectful professional to take over my current flatmate's contract for the remainder of our tenancy (due to end in May 2023) as she unfortunately has to move back to her home country.

- About the flat & your room:

It's a beautiful modern built with a large living room and a large balcony on the top floor with plenty sunshines. Your room is a double with a stunning view and an ensuite shower.

The flat's equally close to East India station on DLR and Canning Town station - within 5 to 10 minutes by walk.
If you're a cyclist, you're only a stone's throw to the CS3.

The building has a concierge, communal area, and a gym.

Rent's £1,000 a month with all bills included.

You'll have to pass a referencing with the agency (it costs £50) which is a standard credit / employment check.

- About me:

I'm Hyuna, originally from Korea and I have lived in the UK since 2016, and in Dubai / Abu Dhabi before that.

I work for a Tech Consulting firm and have a healthy / active lifestyle. I'm mostly busy with work during the weekdays hence like the flat to be quiet.

I enjoy cycling, outdoor activities, reading, listening to podcasts, and having random conversations on all kinds of topics.

I'm vegan and would like someone who's open-minded and respectful.
