1-minute walk to the DLR station and buses (also a night line N15 that goes through the entire central London). Trip to the city centre can take as little as 25/30min. Restaurants and shops all around. Olympic park 10min away for those of you who like running or spending time outdoors. The gym with a swimming pool is across the street.
The room is quite small, yet more than enough for one person. It has a two-person bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers; plenty of storage above the wardrobe.
In the flat, there are three other rooms occupied by working professionals (a lawyer, a cybersecurity person and marketing professional). All absolutely friendly and intriguing people. You would share a kitchen with all and bathroom with just two of them.
There are a medium-size kitchen and absolutely gorgeous bathroom with both shower and bathtub! The flat is very warm during winter months and is located in the highest building in the area - so the view is beautiful (all overseeing the Canary Wharf& the river).
The building is secure. Coming back at night is no trouble. There's a security in the building and you enter via smart chip.
The rent for all that is insanely cheap as per London standards!
I'm leaving to Dubai for work, so you'd be taking over my contract, which reduces the standard minimum stay of 1 year to just 7 months. There is, however, also an option to sign a longer contract. I'm flexible with your move-in date as long as it's before (or on) 4th June.

The replacement needs to proceed with the holding form, bring the references, pay the admin fees (£190) and deposit depending on your employment status. The replacement needs to take the room for at least the remaining time of my agreement (until 8 Nov 2019).
