Double bedroom on offer in a two bed flat. I am a live in landlord, so will be staying in the second bedroom and WFH during lockdown. The flat is a lovely, bright, modern home just off of East India Dock road. It is fully furnished, excl linen. I can set up a desk in your bedroom if required too. There is one bathroom with bath/shower and a separate WC - these would be shared with myself.

It is in a great location (zone 2) to easily connect with the rest of London. Canary Wharf is a 20min walk. You can reach the city by public transport within 20mins. Though, whilst in lockdown the best thing is that the location is in a prime location to pick up food deliveries from Canary Wharf, the City and Stratford - so from sushi to pizza, the choice is yours! For supermarkets, there is Lidl, Tesco, Co-op and Iceland all within a 5min walk. There are several local parks and canals that make for lovely walks too.

It is £750 for all bills - wifi, water, electric, gas and council tax. I'm extremely clean and tidy, so I do not have a cleaner.

A bit about myself, I am a 30 year old, professional, born and raised in London. I'm single, so you won't be sharing the flat with anyone other than me. I'm down to earth and friendly. I'm very respectful and considerate of others, so I'm more than happy to give you your space. I'm not that big of a cook so the kitchen is yours lol.
