Cosy double room available in bright apartment

Hi guys, my double room is becoming available as I am moving closer to work. This is a really lovely, chilled apartment and I’ll be sad to leave it. The location has been perfect for access to the High Street and public transport and is really safe. Some of the main points about the apartment I’ll outline below;
The room is on the smaller side but is really cosy and warm all year round. We have a large, bright living room which looks out on a balcony with a large tv, three sofas and a separate dining area. The apartment is in a perfect location, 5 minute walk from Putney High Street, Putney overground station, a 10 minute walk to East Putney tube station and has several bus routes a 5 minute walk from our building (including 24 hour routes). We have access to a private garden which is great during the Summer. The kitchen contains two large fridges/fridge freezers – shared with 1 other person. There’s also a washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard storage. In terms of the bathroom, you’d be sharing with one other person and we have a walk in shower with really good water pressure and separate bath. You would be living with three other people - a guy and a couple. Everyone’s really easy going and its been a great place to live.
