Sunny and light double bedroom with a king size bed, built in wardrobe and a wash basin. The bathroom with bath and shower is for the sole use for the tenant, along with the dining/TV room and a study. The fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. microwave and oven, is shared with my self (The owner) along with the large south facing garden with a BBQ and off street parking. The house itself is situated in a quiet cul de sac so no traffic noise but very near all the facilities such as transport into Town, five minutes from Mortlake Station which provides all trains into Waterloo 24 minutes and also into Richmond and beyond. Shops, coffee shops, bars, music venues , restaurants ,a gym library tennis courts and a leisure centre are all in walking distant and Richmond Park and the river are very nearby and ideal for cycling, and walking, Although I live on the premises I would not be intrusive as I have my own living room, but at the same time I always enjoy a social chit chat and a get together with a glass of wine. and of course if the weather permits BBQ in the garden
I do have a cat which keeps very much to himself and would not intrude into your space.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY letting is also an option for anyone who just wants to be in London for weekdays., and the price would be adjusted according to length of time the room is wanted.
