Double room in bright flat in Barnes

Hi!

We have a double room available in mid-September 2020, in our bright flat in Barnes.

A bit about us:

We are Mark and Arsh two friends in our mid-twenties, work full time and have lived in London for a couple of years. Arsh works at Sky and Mark works at an environmental charity. We’re easygoing, very friendly, and would love to have a flatmate to watch movies, go for drinks and go for the odd night out with, as well as someone who respects personal space. We are both vegetarian so if you are too, that would be ideal! We like a clean and comfy flat, and all chip in to keep things tidy.

We share the bills and the responsibility of paying them between us (bills, including council tax, come to around £100 a month each). The room itself comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and the flat has plenty of other storage.

Connections:

Barnes is a lovely place to live where you always feel safe and at home.
We are about 10 minutes walk from Barnes station, that will bring you to Vauxhall and Waterloo in just 20 minutes.
The 337 bus stop is right outside our house and can take you to Clapham junction within 20 minutes or to the closest underground station (East Putney) in around 10.
The 33 bus also runs in front of the house. and can bring you to Hammersmith. These buses also take you in the other direction to Richmond in 15 minutes and run 24 hours.

Amenities:

There’s a Sainsburys about 10 minutes up the road from us, which is also next to a lovely pub on the river! We like to go there for a drink after work or just to relax and enjoy the scenery.
We’re a 15 minute walk from Richmond Park, which is lovely if you appreciate getting away from the big city for a bit of fresh air and lots of deer.
The flat is in a safe residential area, and the building we are situated in has a bike park.
