We are a professional couple wanting to let out our light and airy top floor (2nd) now that our children have left home. The accommodation is reached via its own internal staircase. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with lots of cupboard space., a shower room and separate loo. A spacious sitting room with kitchen facilities. These include sink, fridge/freezer and combi microwave. This room overlooks the garden.
All bills are included and bedding provided. There is a weekly cleaner. We have a small friendly labradoodle.
The house is in a quiet residential street with no parking restrictions but with very good public transport links and a busy high street very nearby.
