Cheap Double room in Barnes/Mortlake £750pcm

We’re looking for a 3rd person to join our flat in East Sheen/Barnes, ideally from 17 December 2023. (ideally suited to a working professional keeping 9-5pm type hours or working from home and office based)

We have a great sized double room available in very spacious 3rd floor flat. Room comes already furnished with double bed, mattress, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers if required.

Flat has fast 150Mb/sec Full Fibre Broadband installed, a shared kitchen that includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washer and dishwasher.

It’s a 3 way AST flatshare so the 3 of us split the rent and bills. Rent comes to just £750 a month and includes pretty much all the bills except gas & electricity (we recieve that bill quarterly and split it 3 ways)

£649 deposit & 1 month rent (£750) in advance and there is a 6 month minimum tenancy on the lease.

The flat itself is in an good location within a 10 minute walk from Barnes Village and Richmond and Hammersmith station are just a 10 and 20 minute bus ride away, close to lots of local amenities including some very nice pubs as well as a short walk from the River Thames.

You'll be living with Me (Ajay) - I’m a New Zealander, I work in Product Management & Marketing. Friendly, easy-going, clean & tidy and enjoy watching rugby, socialising with friends, gym, keeping active and exploring London.

The other housemate (Fabio) works in Construction and is usually in the office 4 days a week.

This is a shared tenancy (AST) so all 3 housemates sign a joint tenancy.
