The Room: I have a decent sized bedroom room in our family house with double bed, desk and built in cupboards. This room is available to let 5 days a week ( Mon- Fri) at £600 per month in advance (plus a deposit of £600) for single occupancy. All utility bills and Wifi included.
We would prefer an independent, professional female to share our home with us.
The house: A period Edwardian family home with west facing garden in a lovely quiet residential road with ample free, street parking always available. I life with my partner, he does occasionally work the odd day from home. I have one adult daughter 22 . We have one friendly old cat.
Great location: Our house is 10-12 mins walk from Mortlake station,(18 mins journey to Vauxhall/25 mins journey to Waterloo), and a 6 mins walk to bus routes 33, 337, 493. 10 mins by bus to Richmond Centre. 20 mins by bus to Hammersmith (which includes a 24hr service and a zone 2 Oyster card will be accepted).
Our home is located in a sought after and very safe neighbourhood in East Sheen SW14 and is located just 2 minutes walking distance from the stunning Richmond Park - great for jogging/walking, cycling as well as deer watching! Close by is the River Thames, Kew Gardens and Putney. East Sheen is blessed with several restaurants and a great mixture of independent and chain shops nearby (5 minutes walking distance). These include Waitrose and Tesco.
