Welcome to your first look at your new home. A place where you can relax and enjoy the benefits of such amenities as movie night and pizza Tuesdays, also sometimes pizza Thursdays, but never pizza Saturdays, because they don’t really do deals on Saturdays.

We have on offer at this moment in time a super spacious double room complete with en suite bathroom, furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and bed side table. As well as this fantastic room you also get to access to a wonderful large communal kitchen/dining/lounge area with lots of mod cons, including a cooker, an induction hob, a microwave and a toaster. We also currently have a tv and decent sound system setup in there for a great home cinema experience.

The current housemates include Tom and Nick, two friendly professionals working in game development and transport. We respect each other’s privacy, but also like to spend time watching Netflix and sharing food together, even occasionally going out for beers. We are looking for someone like-minded who is clean and tidy, nice and friendly! Preferably slightly nerdy or geeky.

The whole flat has underfloor heating, with individual bedroom thermostats, so you can manage how warm you like your own room. The flat has a spacious winter garden balcony, which is fully lit and a nice place to sit out during the summer.

We share the bills, which come to about £80 per month each, which includes council tax, electricity, super high-speed internet, heating and hot water. No deposit is required but Get Living London will need to perform a reference check, two weeks prior to moving in. We have a monthly cleaner for the communal areas, but are happy to discuss and adjust this.

The area is great, with handy transport links and Westfield Shopping Centre within a 5 minute walk. There are also local shops and a gym nearby, not to mention all of the Olympic sports facilities! Get Living also runs fun local events for free throughout the year right on your doorstep.
