Due to relocating for work I am sadly having to leave my lovely room in east village. The room is a large double and comes with a decent bed and built in wardrobe as well as 2 bed side cabinets and a chest of draws.

The current flat mates are both professionals. One works as a planner and the other in the city. Happy to go to the cinema every now and then and chill out but also respect privacy etc. Ideally we are looking for someone aged between 20 - 30 who is into netflix, gaming, rugby / the usual stuff people our age are into and has a standard 9 to 5 job although if you work shifts this would be considered.

Rent does not include bills and these are organised by one of the other tenants. These average to around 80 a month with a couple coming out each quarter. The Landlord is GLL who are renowned for being excellent landlords. As a result of this there is NO deposit and fees to pay. Any maintenance is looked at ASAP and they work hard to make east village a community and nice place to live.
