Large Double Room in the East Village

Hi all,

I’m moving out of this flat for a bit of a change and I’m looking for someone to replace me. The room will be available any time from 9th February.

The flat has a large open plan kitchen / dining / living room area which has huge windows which let in loads of light. It has heating as well as air con so you’ll be able to bear the super cold and super warm months. We are also on top floor and have a winter garden balcony which we have a table and chairs on.

The room is a large double bed room and comes with a triple wardrobe, set of drawers and 2 bedside tables. There is also room for a desk behind the door (I have one there now which could be bought from me if you are interested). The room is £802pm excluding bills which usually come to about £90 per month and rent is due on the 1st of each month.

The other flatmates are 1 male and 1 female (a surveyor and a consultant). They’re quite relaxed in that we can all chill together and watch tv or order food but equally if you want your own space that is respected. You would be sharing a bathroom with the female.

There is parking and bike storage available under the building at an additional cost (I can give you the details for this if you want them).
