There is NO DEPOSIT if you are in a full-time job, so transfer process is smooth and very quick.

You will be sharing with another FEMALE YOUNG PROFESSIONAL LAWYER, she works in a fin tech start up. She is very nice, tidy and relaxed.

- A good size double room (12 sq m) with a large wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, desk, double bed and much free space
- Windows facing south / south-west (hence room is bright and WARM) with a beautiful VIEW to the park and the City
- Everything is clean and in a perfect condition

- It is quite large

Living room/kitchen/terrace:
- All built to a very high standard with wooden floor
- Large refrigerator / dish washer / oven / table set for 4 persons

- 6 min train to Central London (King's Cross & St Pancras)
- 10 min walk to Stratford (Central, Jubilee, Overground, TfL Rail)

- Olympic level sport facilities (tennis courts, aquatics etc)
