Looking ASAP for someone to take over this lovely, bright and fully furnished double bedroom available in centre of East Village from 5th Sept 2019.

Contract to be signed by end of August. All you need is:
- proof of income: 25k/y (employer letter or contract + pay slip)
- proof of previous address - any bill with your name on
- pay a deposit of £900 (deposit is fully return after 3 months)

*The Flat*
The 3-bed flat is modern, clean and very luxurious on the 7th floor. We have a huge open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a large balcony so there is space to sit outside during the summer.

The house is ocuppied by 3 young professionals 25-27yo (one couple living in the ensuite and one female with whom you will share the bathroom). The house working hours are from 9am-6pm from Mon-Fri, so ideally the new flatmate should fit this schedule.

*The Room*
The double bedroom is fully furnished and includes: double bed, 2 bedside tables, large wardrobe, chest of drawers. Bathroom will be shared with one person only (girl)

*The East Village*
The East Village is an amazing place to live in the heart of the athlete’s village during the 2012 Olympic Games. There are lots of independent coffee shops and restaurants, a butchers, bakery and a gelateria. You can easily access the Olympic facilities including the pool and it's a short bike to Victoria Park and Hackney Wick. There are often events in the village, like the big TV screen they have up at the moment for the World Cup and Wimbledon.

Westfield, Sainsbury's, Waitrose and M&S Food are all within easy walking distance and there's a couple of gyms close by.

Transport wise it's 2 minute walk to Stratford International station (Zone 2) and only a 5-10 min walk to Stratford station so ideal for commuting.

*Ts&Cs*
Rent is £800. Bills are not included (which generally come to about £60-80 a month). Effectively you pay at the start of each month for that month. Deposit is £900. Minimum income required £25k/y
