The flat itself has a large, furnished open plan kitchen and living space. It has a large balcony facing out towards a large open green space. The flat is very well equipped with appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. The communal space is air conditioned, and the flat has underfloor heating throughout.
The flat's a five minute walk to Stratford International station, and a little over 10 minutes to Stratford Station. Westfield's a 7/8 minute walk, and within 5 minutes walk are a supermarket, gym and a great range of local restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
I'm a consultant in my late 20s, and spends a lot of my time on the road for it - you're likely to have the flat to yourself Monday-Friday 2 weeks a month on average. As such, this would suit someone who enjoys their own space. I'm friendly and sociable, enjoy going out for dinner/drinks on occasion, and value a living space that's reasonably well looked after.
The flat is let through Get Living London, who will conduct referencing and other checks prior to the tenancy being signed, but they do not charge any fees or deposit.
