I am moving out of my East Village Stratford flat and am looking for someone to replace me.
The Flat: Situated on the 4th floor of the new and modern East Village. The room is in a two bedroom, two bathroom flat (rooms are positioned at opposite ends of the flat so quite private) with a combined kitchen/living room and a large balcony, it has underfloor heating, an air ventilation system, modern appliances including a washer/dryer and a high-speed fibre optic broadband. There is also a residents-only enclosed courtyard garden.

There is underground secure parking although this is an extra cost and free bike storage.

The Room: A lovely, bright double room that comes fully furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables.

Transport: Stratford is incredibly well-connected, it's a 25 minute commute into the City. It's a 5 minute walk to Stratford International station (DLR or High Speed Rail - 7 mins to Kings Cross), and a 2 minute DLR ride (or 10 min walk from the flat) to Stratford station (Jubilee Line, Central Line, Overground, DLR, National Rail). Well connected to all of London – Stratford is zone 2/3 with Night tubes running on weekends.

Local area: There is plenty of green spaces/parks, sporting activities, free outdoor exercise classes (Olympic legacy), and many gyms about 5-8mins walk away. Sainsbury's local and an excellent pub are on our doorstep. It's an 8 minute walk to Westfield which has every shop you can think of but also good food (Wahaca, Franco Manca) and leisure activities (Gymbox, cinema, bowling, Aspers Casino). Close to Hackney Wick and some great bars.
