I love this flat so much. It's so quiet and lovely to come back to after work. It definitely feels like home.
Broadband is included in the rent but all other bills are extra and come to about £130 per month. There is no deposit to pay.
East Village is a great place to live with a nice community feel and new cafes, bars and restaurants popping up all the time. We are just by Westfields so nice and convenient for shopping and Stratford is very well connected transport-wise.
I'm in my late twenties, working a standard 9-5 office job. I'm quiet, laid back and very clean and tidy and am looking for a similar flatmate.
