Please note that the pictures are an example of what we are looking to rent out. We intend to join up with 1 other or 1 couple to find a similar 2 bed 2 bathroom flat in Stratford East Village.
Our budget is roughly £1200 per room excluding bills, but we are happy if the flat is less than that!
Expected bills will be up to £100 per tenant (including electricity/heating, water, Council Tax and Internet). We are also open to having a bi-weekly cleaner if all housemates agree they'd rather pay a small amount than dedicate a few hours a week to cleaning.
We currently live in a very clean and tidy flat, we always clean up after ourselves. We are relatively quiet, sociable, and polite. Our interests are the gym, cooking, eating all the calories we burnt at the gym, climbing, gaming, exploring, gin, beer, TV show binging, travelling and more.
Open to different types of flat, as long as they are modern, in east village and have 2 bathrooms. We really like the look of the Get Living London flats, so could buddy up on one of those.
All tenants will be on the lease and jointly responsble.
