Hi all,

We we have 2 double bedrooms available to rent in a spacious 4 bed, fully furnished townhouse in the Olympic Village.

The house is in an ideal location. It is only an 8 minute walk to Stratford tube station and a 2 minute walk to Stratford international and Westfield Shopping Centre. Central London can be reached in less than 10 minutes via tube/train to Kings Cross and Liverpool Street Stations. The house is only a stones throw away from a great, inexpensive gym, Sainbury's local and a few bars, all the amenities you’d need are on your doorstep.

The two existing flatmates are both hard working young professional males (finance and graphic design) that enjoy relaxing, cooking and gymming during week nights, while at weekends they enjoy the usual socialising over a few beers. They’re looking for likeminded people that like to keep things tidy and take a pretty chilled approach during week nights.

The double bedrooms available both have double beds, large wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables, with plenty of other storage space around the house if needed. The two bedrooms come with a good size shared bathroom.

The living areas are open plan and very spacious, with a good size living room that opens up onto the house’s back patio. The kitchen and utility rooms are both fitted with all the usual appliances (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, washer/dryer, and clothes horse etc. Parking is available in the building for an additional cost of around £60 per month.

The management company are great and always on hand to fix any issues straight away. The best part- no deposits and no fees whatsoever!

Bills come to around £50 a month per person, with winter heating bringing bills up slightly. Move in date is 26th October or can be slightly later if required.
