A lovely, spacious double bedroom, with its own family sized private bathroom available for rent! This room is within a fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in London’s East Village (Olympic Park). The flat also has a large open plan living room and kitchen area, with its own balcony that overlooks a quiet private road below.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a double bed! The bathroom has plenty of hidden storage, a heated towel rail, bath and a shower.

Me and my girlfriend have been living here for 18 months now, and have absolutely loved it. The flat has been perfect for us, and it’s location is amazing. Less than 5 minute walk to Stratford International and Westfield shopping centre, plus no more than a 7/8 minute walk to Stratford Underground station.

The East Village itself has over 20 retailers on site, including a supermarket, bars, coffee shops, gyms, and a fish a chip shop - plus loads more! It’s also surrounded by some brilliant parks and all of the Olympic facilities of course - Which we’ve had a lot of fun making the most of!

The housemate you’ll be living with is brilliant! He’s a 34 year old guy who works in central London. He’s clean, tidy and a really good laugh so looking for either someone single or a couple to replace us when we leave!

On that note, we are flexible with the moving date.. but ideally it’d be somewhere between December 15th and December 29th.

There is NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED!! Get Living (The company you’d be renting from) have a no deposit policy.. so nothing to pay there!

The rent for singles and couples does vary slightly, see below:

- Singles: £1050
- Couples: £1135

Internet is included in the cost of the rent and additional bills will be split equally between yourself and the current housemate.

There is a minimum 9 month rent period taking you until September 2020 where the lease on the flat will come to an end. At this point you will have the option to either renew it, or to move out.

There is also secure parking available directly underneath the flat. This does come at an additional monthly fee, and a parking space can be arranged through the landlord Get Living.
