Double room in penthouse apartment

Hello!

After living here for almost three years I am moving on from this lovely flat, so am looking for someone interested in a double room in the East Village. The room looks out to the communal courtyard and comes with a wardrobe, double bed, a chest of drawers and two wooden cabinets. I will be taking the armchair, mirror and bedside table with me, so there will be plenty of additional space i. e. for a desk. The area is extremely quiet and the windows provide great soundproofing. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate.
We have an open plan kitchen/living room which looks out to the most incredible views of the olympic park, canary wharf and the city. (you can even see the London Eye on a good day!) We also have a large, open balcony (most East Village flat balconies are enclosed) which has been recently re-vamped with fairy lights! This means plenty of opportunity for soaking up the sun during the summer!
Current flatmates include, Nina, is a 28 year-old doctor currently working at an East London hospital. She often works nights/weekends and is a very friendly and considerate flatmate. Marc is also 28 and works in financial services in the city. He is currently having an extended stay at home in France due to the pandemic but plans to return when his offices re-open.
We are very respectful of one another's space and keep the flat very clean and tidy.

We are currently in the second year of a three-year contract. You have the right to remove yourself from the contract as I a currently doing, provided that you find a replacement. All tenants also have the right to suspend the contract early if all parties agree
Bills not included, come to approx. £150 per person per month
