Great room in a great house. £700PM! NO DEPOSIT!

Sadly moving out of my room in this great 4 bed house. You’ll be living with 3 amazing and sociable women!

The room itself is a double bedroom furnished with a double bed and mattress, large drawers, 3 door wardrobe and a bedside table.

The bathroom is shared with one other housemate (which means no fighting over the bathroom in the mornings) who is clean and tidy. Plenty of space for all toiletries etc.

The living area has a super comfortable corner sofa along side an arm chair great for relaxing watching Netflix etc on the smart TV. It also lead directly onto the private terraced area.

The kitchen is clean and fully equipped with all appliances, large fridge freezer and ample space for food storage.

This house also has a large dining room with table and chairs great for a meal with the housemates/guests.

Also, the property has its own private terraced area which is fab for BBQs in the summer.

Very sad to be leaving this fanatic house with amazing housemates. My loss is another’s gain :)
