We are looking for an individual or a couple who would be happy to take over our contract in a newly built 2 bedroom flat at East Village, Stratford. It's very spacious with an incredible view being high up on the 17th floor. It's fully furnished with complete appliances including a separate washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. The building also hosts 3 roof terraces and 2 common areas (art & planting room) as well as staffed reception. It's within an 8-minute walk from Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, Overground, DLR & TFL lines).

East Village sits right next to Westfield Stratford City. With 35 acres of open land and parkland, and more independent retailers moving in all the time East Village has become a popular destination in its own right.
