Amazing House in the East Village

Hello,

unfortunately our current housemate is moving out, we (3 amazing gals) are looking for a new housemate!

We are 3 professionals all working in the creative industry 1 in music and 2 in fashion industry buying and production. We are a very social house and enjoy cooking together, walks and bike rides, docs and film marathons of an evening alongside a glass of vino. with this in mind we also understand each others need for space.

*The Room*
The room is a lovely ground floor en suite room, this is the only bedroom on the ground floor, mid floor is living and kitchen area (generously sized patio here too, great for outdoor cinema), top floor is the 3 other bedrooms. The room comes furnished with Bed, x2 bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bills are not included in rent we split the bills monthly and this is usually £90pp pm for all bills

*The Area*
East village is a great area with lots of shops, bars, restaurants, parks nearby.

Westfield is a less than 5min walk away, Sainsburys 2mins walk, Stratford intl is a less than 5min walk with Stratford station 5-10min walk.
