Double room in spacious townhouse - East Village

Hi All!

A housemate is moving out of our townhouse so we are looking for one new housemate for our 4 bed townhouse (with private courtyard) in Stratford's Olympic Park.

The room available is a double room with shared bathroom with one male for a rent of £788 excluding bills.

About the flat:
The property is located on the quieter side of the Olympic Park in Stratford and offers very easy access to the green open spaces nearby. There are a number of independent businesses nearby (cafes, butchers, restaurants, pubs) but Westfield is also on your doorstep.

A bit about us:
I'm 25 and currently working in marketing. I am fairly active and I enjoy cycling, running, and football. Outside of sports, I'm a big film / TV series junkie and do enjoy playing video games to wind down.

The other housemates are Tom, 30, who works as a lawyer and Ben, 26, who works for a branding agency. We're a social bunch and looking for someone who is friendly to join our home.

Other things:
Transport wise, it is a short 10 minute walk to Stratford station (Central, Jubilee & DLR). Stansted Airport and London City Airport are also very convenient to get to.

Bills would total circa £75-100pcm per person which include the extremely fast Hyperoptic broadband (which has been recently upgraded throughout the flat).

Car parking and bike storage are available (car parking is £65 per month and in a secure garage underneath the flat and bike storage is free in secure bike sheds in the car garage).

The landlord (Get Living London) requires you to earn at least 30x the monthly rent for your bedroom. If your credit score is good/excellent, they will offer no deposit, however in the event it is below this, they may ask for a deposit..

Timing wise, the move in dates would be from 3rd August onwards. We are relatively flexible in terms of dates but the sooner, the better!
