Sadly, I'm moving out from a double en-suite in East Village. Looking for someone to replace me (move-in date flexible).

The room:
- The flat has 2 double bedrooms. I'm leaving the en-suite room but you're free to choose the other bedroom with a separate bath (same cost).

The flat:
- Fully furnished, fully integrated kitchen
- 7th floor, with balcony, parking space (at a cost), and secure bike storage. The balcony was a life saver during lockdown!
- The 2 rooms are at the opposite ends of the flat which gives you a lot of privacy & space.

The £££ deets:
- Rent is £985pm incl. WiFi (fibre) + some bills (which usually ends up £100 - electric+ water+ council tax ).
- No deposit/fees required, GetLiving will do references/credit check.


The flatmate:
You'll be sharing the flat with only one person. She's really chill and fun, also cooks amazing healthy food! She's a 30+ yr old professional working in a spirits company (hello free booze). She's working from home most of the week now because of lockdown.


Location:
East village is a really nice & well-connected area (Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground), surrounded by parks (Olympic park & Victoria park), stone throw away from Bow/Hackney Wick for great pubs/bars, and you have Westfield for shopping/restaurants.
