Cheapest room you'll find in East Village

I have decided to up sticks and move location so a room in our townhouse has become available from October 6th.

It's a 4 bedroom house, so you'll be sharing with 3 other guys, all early 30's. The living/kitchen/dining area is all open plan, with loads of natural light, and a patio that's south facing with loads of sunlight during the day. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other housemate, as the other two have en-suites. The house is split over 3 floors, so it definitely doesn't feel crowded or like you're living over the top of one another.

We have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight.

The flat has just been refurbished with a new sofa, mattresses and a lick of paint throughout.

We have £150 vouchers a month with Uber Eats, working out at £37.50 per flatmate.

East Village is the former London 2012 Olympic athlete's village and an area that's unbelievably well catered for with gyms, shops, Westfield, on site security and police and so much more. The landlord (Get Living) are very good when it comes to fixing problems in a quick manner. Stratford International station is a 5 minute walk with super quick access to central London.

There is 10 months running on the contract with the potential to renew again (the flat has been continually renewed for 7 years), and there is no deposit! Get Living will have to approve new tenants but it's a case of a quick reference/credit check.

Bills come to around £80 a month.

Move in date is October 6th with flexibility if required.
