2 months free in modern 3-bed flat

Hello! We're Joice and Maggie and we're looking for a friendly person to complete our 3-bed female-only flat in East Village. :)

A little bit about us:
We're both in our 20s, working in tech startups and expats here in the UK. Given the current situation and flexibility in our work, we'll be working from home most days at least for the rest of the year. We hope that's something you'll be comfortable with.

We're both tidy and like to keep our homes clean and we expect that from our future flatmate too. We're looking for someone we can hangout with, have meals together, and explore other areas and hobbies from time to time while being able to respect each others privacy and quiet time. We also don't want to turn the flat to a party flat but occasional visit from friends are welcome. :)

Now for the flat details:
The flat is modern and fully refurbished so everything's brand new! ✨
It's a 3-bed flat in 4th floor with 1 ensuite (Maggie's room) and 2 double rooms sharing a bathroom with just me. I like to keep my bathroom clean and expect that from the person I'll be sharing with too.

The room we're looking to fill has a double bed with new mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 side tables, and your own balcony!

It has a washer/dryer, kitchen has a full-sized fridge, oven and dishwasher.
A bike storage can be requested too!
The rent doesn't include a gym but there's a gym nearby. There are parks outside and the area is very orderly so it's a nice area to walk, have a run, or cycle around.

Free rent is for first and last months. The room we're looking to fill in is £800pcm excluding bills, on average that's around £667 per month.
We both haven't lived in East Village before but according to our agent, bills with internet + council tax should be around £300 per month (around £100 per person per month)

Move in date is 20th June.

Sorry, but no smoking and no couples! We don't plan to make this a party house, and no overnights for friends and partners too.

About the area:
It's less than 10mins walk to Westfield Stratford which can be a good and bad thing depending on your shopping habits. 😉
Stratford international is around 5mins walk.
Stratford station which has Central line, Jubilee line, DLR, and overground is 10-15 minutes walk.
