Available immediately! I'm looking to find someone to replace me in my beautiful double room at GetLiving in East Village.

East Village is a fun, vibrant place to live, and GetLiving (the property managers) make renting apartments stress-free with their managed properties. There also often events held for the residents.

The house is a 1 min walk away from the Olympic Park (perfect for a stroll, run, or exercise in the wide open spaces), 2 min from Sainsbury's, and 3 min from Westfield Stratford.

Commute options include Stratford International (3 min walk) that has a DLR to Stratford Station, or a direct 10 min walk to Stratford Station (Jubilee, Central, and Rail Lines).

This first-floor apartment has three double bedrooms, a spacious living room (with a TV; think of all the subscriptions, and we have it! :D), a separate 5 seater dining area, a spacious kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fully stocked pots and pans), and a separate counter for meal preps. The house also has a spacious balcony/workout space with direct access to the lovely common courtyard.

The room comes with a double bed, 3-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

You will be living with two kind men, Cedric and Cosimo, who are clean, considerate and fun. They are both working professionals currently working from home. Cedric has two lovely kids who visit every fortnight and are great company.

The rental amount is inclusive of broadband. Other utilities (water, electricity, and council tax) typically cost £70-80 in total.
