Spacious room in East Village

Hi,

I am sadly leaving this amazing flat and looking for someone to join my flatmates in East Village, Stratford.

The flat is located 5 mins away from Westfield and Stratford International, 10 mins away from Stratford Station (Central and Jubilee lines, DLR, national rail as well as Overground). The closest supermarket is 2 mins walk away.

The apartment itself overlooks the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It has a huge living room, a modern kitchen, and a winter garden. The kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine with dryer.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed and mattress, a few chests of drawers, and a large wardrobe.

You would be sharing the flat with two software engineers - Luke and Francesco. Both friendly and tidy.
Francesco is 29 and Italian. He loves pasta and cooking in general and often spends his evenings cooking and reading a book on the couch in the living room.
Luke is 30, from Finland. He cooks some evenings as well and spend his evenings either reading, working, or watching something on Netflix.

You would be sharing the bathroom only with Luke as Francesco has ensuite.
