Large double room available in our high-spec yet homely and spacious flat in the middle of the Olympic park (nestled between Hackney Wick and Stratford).
I am unfortunately leaving this beautiful flat and my lovely flatmates, as I'm moving in with my partner. Therefore looking for someone to replace me.

On your doorstep, you can find cafes, bars, restaurants, several gyms, tennis courts and you’re surrounded by 500+ acres of parkland, including secret gardens and amazing run routes. 🍃

It’s a chilled flat vibe where you can be as independent/sociable as and when you like. Saying that, it’ll be cool to have someone looking for a home and not just a room.

ROOM DETAILS:
Spacious double fully furnished with Double bed, huge floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers, x2 bedside tables and plenty of space to fit a desk and chair etc. There is also underfloor heating which you can adjust to your liking and two huge windows which fill the room with sunshine and a beautiful view 🌞 you will also be sharing the bathroom only with one other person.

REST OF THE FLAT:
Open plan space with living room, dining area, kitchen, huge winter garden/balcony (amazing to hang out all year round) and access to a wonderful private garden/courtyard.

The flat is spacious and comes with all the amenities you would need (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, underfloor heating, blackout curtains, bike storage, plenty of storage space etc.)
We’ve kept the flat in great condition by always keeping it nice and clean, so would expect the same upkeep from whoever moves in 🧼 There’s also 24/7 security and an amazing maintenance team who attend to any issues almost immediately 🔩

ABOUT EXISTING FLATMATES:

Two super friendly females, professionals one works in tech and the other manages a hospitality company.
They are both usually out and about but also loves chilling at home in a safe space with good peoples. Big fan of coffee catch-ups and cooking dinners and generally spending time together but also enjoy their own privacy.
